Lake munyanyange cave resort is considered to be a mid-range and is found in kasese on the north east of lake Katwe within queen Elizabeth national park. The lodge is settled in a better place for relaxation as well as Uganda safari destination. Lake munyanyange is also a bird haven plus the migratory bird species such as the lesser flamingo that come in the months of august to November.

 Lake munyanyange cave resort is made up of 15 wide and cozy cottages that include family cottages that over look the amazing views of lake munyanyange and the national park. The cottages were constructed basing on the African traditional style with grass thatched roof as well as local wood with high levels of relaxation.

The resort has cottages that are well furnished and raised to meet the guest’s standards. The cottages have bathrooms with hot and cold showers, mosquito nets, flushing toilets with free toiletries, wooden tables with chairs, free bottled water and sandles within each room. Each of the cottage has large sitting areas as well as a wide porch that offers guests with an amazing view of the national park, mountain Rwenzori ranges and the neighboring areas. The resort has a camp fire where fire blazes and gives the guests a relaxation as their share various stories about their experiences. The lodge also offers single beds for those that need privacy, double beds or twin and family rooms with different costs ranging from 200USD and above per person and per night. During the high season the cost slightly goes high than in the low seasons.
