By Road transport.

Queen Elizabeth national park can be accessed through using Kampala, Masaka, Mbarara, Fort Portal road which takes approximately 7 hours’ drive, after reaching the park you get to Ishasha sector for game drive to spot the tree climbing lions.

There is another option, you can access Ishasha sector from Bwindi Impenetrable national park that takes 2 to 4 hours’ drive to the sector.

By Air transport.

Air transport is the quickest way to access Queen Elizabeth national park, which takes only one hour while using domestic airlines that do operate scheduled and chartered flights from either Kajjansi airfield or Entebbe airport to Mweya airstrip then from their you can proceed to Ishasha sector.
